X-treme Scooters are shipped free from the central Washington state warehouse using Allco Mfg inc to USA destination and some models to Canada for the added $150 fee as indicated. The included free shipping from the central warehouse can save customers hundreds of dollars while we at Scootersupport.com handle the progression of the order and all the details, keeping mistakes from happening in route. X-treme Scooter Model OEM Parts are shipped primarily from the central warehouse in Washington state to USA customers only except with special handling to international customers. Note that if we receive an international order for OEM small parts from a foreign customer we will try to order and receive smaller parts in our warehouse and reship them abroad for the International Shipping fee AND a 25% handling fee billed separately. Any further expenses associated with the order will be passed on to the International Customer.
Universal tested and inspected Scooter Parts for all scooters are shipped from our own warehouse as quality parts costing much less than OEM parts typically which we can deliver much faster. Universal parts and X-treme Scooters in inventory can be checked on our Availability Page where we list available X-treme Scooter models and color choices with stock levels, plus we list any of our own parts that have been delayed to inventory so you can check before you place your order to help insure the order will not be delayed. [NOTE: OEM parts are not listed on the X-treme OEM parts listings pages since they are not in our own warehouse, but are in the Central OEM Parts Warehouse with thousands of X-treme model parts. OEM Parts on X-treme model parts pages and X-treme Scooter Model orders cannot normally be shipped internationally unless otherwise noted or the part is listed on one of our own parts pages as in stock locally! Each foreign OEM part order received is taken on a case by case basis and if accepted will require a 25% handling fee, plus the international shipping, billed separately and paid prior to proceding.] In the event a part is ordered that is currently OUT OF STOCK as shown on the AVAILABILITY PAGE with no current ETA the customer can request a full refund within 45 days from the date of order and simply replace the order when the part is available. After 45 days Paypal will charge a nonrefundable small fee of less than 5% and the refund will be slightly less as refunded through Paypal to a valid email address. After 90 days if the part is still unavailable or becomes no longer obtainable then a customer In House store credit, less the previously deducted Paypal Fee, can be used by the customer to help purchase any other available product(s) listed for sale. No refunds are issued after 90 days. Sometimes a part may still eventually return to stock and in that case automatically be shipped to fill the back order if the customer elects to leave the back order in effect.
X-treme Scooter models are sold in the USA with shipping included in the price to the contiguous USA states. Some models ship to Canada for additional shipping that is usually $150 extra and can be paid on this website as an optional fee to cover duties and shipping. Some models cannot ship to California due to environmental state regulations. A small shipping adjustment, processing, and handling fee is added according to the order Zip Code entered during Check Out in the Shopping Cart System. Processing and handling will cover extra fees depending on your location and other necessary details for your order or where charges from other companies are part of the shipment handling and processing.

After processing is completed you will see a completion of order page and the ability to quickly create a registered paypal account, if you wish, by providing a password linked to your email address. All orders shipped internationally have a risk of not being properly delivered or taking longer for delivery than normal and this risk is assumed totally by the customer at the time of order. Foreign orders normally cannot be tracked fully in transit and insurance may not pay completely for loss. If a package is lost all that can be done is to place the order again, if you choose to do so, at additional cost and wait for any possible action provided by the US Postal Service who follow up on claims of Medium and Large flat rate shipments (Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes are considered lost with no option for recovery or refund - ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK or pay for medium or large flat rate boxes to help insure delivery). There is no guaranty by us that you will receive a refund or the ordered parts once they are assumed lost. However to date very few packages have failed to be delivered using Priority Flat Rate Mail for delivery. Some orders have returned due to inability to make delivery. Those can be reshipped once the address is corrected and the shipping fee has been paid again.
Signature Service prevents carriers from leaving deliveries on the porch unattended or exposed to the weather but requires a signature for delivery. Claims for loss or damage are processed in a timely fashion by the issuers and we will notify you of the progress as we know ourselves, but we in no way maintain responsibility for the claim or the length of time that is necessary for resolution of the claim. Payments made for these services are not refundable under any circumstances and these services are only available at the time of the order for parts or scooters. If more than one package is required for delivery and only one service is paid for the entire order then the more expensive item will receive the service application unless the customer pays for additional services.
Heavy Scooters are shipped free to the nearest terminal of the carrier to the customer's address. Customers with the ability can pick up these deliveries at the terminal. For those customers without the ability the carrier will transfer the freight to a delivery vehicle that provides a lift gate and can make the delivery at the customer's home for this optional $50 fee. Appointments are necessary. This option should be selected and paid by adding it to the Shopping Cart at the time of the scooter purchase.
Some scooter models are noted as being able to ship to Canada for the additional shipping fee of $400 including duties. Also, some zip code locations** in the New York area require additional shipping by the carrier of $400. This shipping should be paid in the shopping cart at the same time as the scooter order.

will incur a $150 service charge in addition to the delivery fee. Their is no exceptions for this fee as all freight carriers are charging $100 or more for these zip codes.

Shipping is estimated for each and every Part we sell and added to the part price when you add each item to the shopping cart(total shipping, handling, and processing are adjusted later for most orders). But to be fair to customers making a normal size order we have underestimated the shipping for lesser value parts like chain links and axle hardware since they are usually ordered at the same time as other items. Ordered alone this results in insufficient shipping being collected for orders where the parts value is under $10 and customers in this situation are asked to add the additional $1.50 shipping fee to prevent order cancellation. The minimum cost to ship any order from us is between $2.00-$2.50 (USPS Fee, Packaging material included), excluding processing and handling.
1. Place your order using Paypal and your normal billing address, BUT in the message to Seller or Merchant part of the check out repeat your credit card number, expiration, security 3 or 4 digit number, and billing zip code for the credit card. Also put the address where you want the order shipped. We will change the shipping address to the address you provide in this message area. You must repeat the credit card information in case we have to use a different payment processor! The shopping cart uses a payment processor and your credit card information is kept private, even from us. So you need to repeat the information so we can handle the processing for the address change differently. If you forget to include the credit card information you can TEXT the card information to 281 317-7307. Or call 281 997-6907 mid afternoon, Mon-Fri.
2. If during regular business hours (mid afternoon is the best time, Mon - Fri) then call us with your credit card information. We can ship your order to any USA destination by processing using a different credit card processor. You must also email us the Shopping Cart information including each item and price (now showing USA Shipping included) and the handling calculated by entering your zip code. Alternately you can email the order from the Shopping Cart and email the credit card information in several emails to keep the details separate and more secure from falling into the wrong hands. Once all the emails are received you will receive a confirmation and reply email verifying the order and verification of the credit charge.

THIS IS WHY A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS SO IMPORTANT. If you just make something up and then forget or have no access to that email address then refunds can never reach you. If you make a purchase using a credit card and the order cannot be processed for shipment then a refund is submitted back to Paypal according to the email address you provided. You can opt to use those funds for another internet purchase, or to send money to another email address, and even have the money sent to a bank account when you are registered and verified with that email address. The cash will be available, simply and easily to your needs or back to your bank. The alternative is to file a credit card charge back, a long and deliberate process, that will eventually get a credit back to your credit card. It is so much easier to just use a valid email address and allow the funds to be used or refunded to your checking account.
Another reason for using a valid email address is tracking and contact information. We send periodic tracking and report information to your email address to let you know the status of your order. Most customers want to know when an order has been shipped and when to expect it. Email is the only, fastest way to provide this information from us since most orders deliver within 1 to 4 days of receipt, depending on where you are in the USA and what items you may be ordering (for example, scooters in high demand ship in the order they are received and we may ship the same or next business day usually).
Email addresses are easily obtained from Yahoo.com, or for a short period of time from hotmail.com (hotmail addresses expire if unused - they are furnished by Microsoft). You can quickly receive an email address to receive contact and if necessary refunds, credits, etc. that you can reclaim.
NOTE: We do not keep any record of your email other than to satisfy your orders. We do not ever resell your email address to another agency or for reuse in contacting you. Your email addres is always considered very private information and will never be divulged to anyone for any use. It is very necessary for us to make refunds through Paypal, provide partial refunds or credits, or be able to give you necessary information about your order. Use a valid email address for ordering, for collection of refunds, and if you wish, please register at the time of your order with Paypal so you will already have a password and an account that you can access.
