Fast friendly help within the terms of the warranty is provided all customers. The X-treme Scooter Warranty is provided for 30 days from the day of receipt from the factory to cover parts replacement as provided, and 60 day extended warranties are available as listed with each scooter model for purchase at the time of the scooter purchase. Extended warranties also give customers priority attention, and warranties begin on Christmas day for all Christmas shipments instead of the day of delivery. In addition, feedback indicates 1 of 60-100 customers experiences a difficult factory warranty situation. Due to this customer feedback we now also offer scooters pre-inspected and tested for delivery from our dealer testing center. These scooters, which are not the pallet delivered scooters but normal DHL or FEDEX delivered scooters, are received at our dealership and after testing and inspection by our technicians they are reshipped to the customer (this does add extra shipping, plus testing fees to the cost as indicated). But the cost of this service is very low now, yet may be adjusted without notice for models and destinations within the contiguous USA states. In this way we help eliminate factory warranty issues for a small percentage of customers which are sometimes time consuming and difficult in resolution.

The X-FISH X-151 Dual Speed Sea Scooter is shipping now. This new Sea Scooter has 2 speeds, 200 Watts and 250 Watts with dual batteries that operate it at 24V instead of 12, the price is the same and it can be used in water depths up to 100 feet or 30 meters. Our model X-151 is the only model we know of that uses an all metal gear box. Other sea scooters on the market are using plastic gears and poor bearing races that fail quickly after they heat up.

This X-151 model (as far as we know) is the highest power sea scooter of this type on the market, it also has the deepest depth rating of 100 feet. There are several other sea scooters that look identical to the X-151 from the outside but if the customer looks closely at the specs they can see most have a rating of 30-60 feet and only 75-130 watts of power. Those models sell for less & only have 1 small 9 amp battery & come with plastic gears that are sure to break. We also found that many sellers of the cheap sea scooters are going out of business after there first load is sold. Every X-151 will come with a spare plug for the top of the scooter, it's the plastic bolt plug.
